Coverage: Your jewelry is protected for one year from the date of purchase against issues arising from our craftsmanship, including:

• Defects in materials
• Stones that become loose or detached due to a manufacturing issue Faulty clasps, links, or findings

Exclusions: Jewelry, like anything worn close to the body, naturally evolves with time and use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidents, impact, misuse, or neglect
• Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties
• Normal wear over time, including surface scratches and the gradual fading of gold plating with wear, as the protective layer naturally responds to use Loss or theft

Repairs and Replacements: If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, we will carefully assess your piece and:

• Repair it where possible, free of charge
• If repair is not feasible, offer a replacement or a comparable piece of equal value.

How to claim Warranty: In order to request warranty service, please contact us at care@touchofyoga.com. Also, the customer may be asked to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, and detailed description of the problem.

Cancellation of Warranty: We reserve the right to void this warranty if the jewelry has been subjected to improper care, unauthorized repairs or alterations,or it is found that the jewelry is used in an application for which it was not designed.

Transferability: Jewelry is often more than something we wear. It is something we pass on.

A piece may begin with you, but over time, it may find its way to someone you love — carrying with it not just material, but memory, intention, and meaning. If your piece is gifted or passed on, this warranty may be transferred, provided that:

• Proof of original purchase is submitted
• The new owner’s name and contact details are shared with us

Once registered, the new wearer will continue to receive the remaining duration of the warranty.

Because what we create is not meant to belong to just one moment, but to move with you — and, when the time comes, beyond you. And wherever that journey leads, we will be here to care for it.

When the warranty ends : This warranty becomes void if the piece has been altered without authorization, subjected to misuse, or cared for in ways inconsistent with its intended use.

Beyond the warranty : Even after the warranty period has passed, we remain here for you.

Whenever possible, we are happy to assist with repairs at a reasonable cost — so your piece can continue to be worn, held, and lived with.
