Real, Not Broken Set

He doesn’t become himself all at once. It starts in the dark, with the quiet work no one applauds, and the first ring marks that: the words travel all the way around, a reminder that he built the light he stands in now. Then comes the day he stops pretending to be fine, and the cracked-face ring says what he’s finally allowed to believe: he was never broken, just real. And at the end of that road, the pendant, with his own name on the back, tells him he is chaotic, funny, complicated and entirely wonderful, and that someone sees all of it. Finished in warm gold and deep dark tones, the set is for the man who has done the hard work, and who deserves to wear the whole truth of himself.
